PAYMENT METHODS
When making your purchase you can opt for credit card, paypal, ATM reference or boleto bancário. The multi-bank reference option is only available for payments made in Portugal (Portugal).
Credit card or Paypal: OceanGlamour accepts Visa, MasterCard and Paypal. By entering your credit card details, these will be encrypted when transferred from your browser to our platform. During the ordering process, your card number and security code will not be saved.
Multibanco Reference: When ordering, select the payment method by Multibanco and you will be shown the entity and reference to be able to settle the value of your order with an ATM machine or through home banking.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS
All purchases you make on our online store, you will be given by a carrier, according to Customer indication and after confirmation of availability.
It should be noted that the requests will be sent within the limits of available stock. If one of the orders is not in stock, we will send the customer an email as soon as possible (from the date of the request) to inform him of the period in which we can send you their products.
In case of not being interested in waiting, may require the return of the importance paid by the article in question.
If any of the proceeds from your order, once billed, is not available, we will propose an article of equivalent quality and price to replace the unavailable product. If you do not accept the proposed replacement product we refund the product unavailable.
If the package is not delivered under appropriate conditions, this indication should be made in the Guide, with a brief description of the facts.
If the customer wishes to return the items ordered, the HC Shop-Equestrian Articles give the money purchase, but do not refund the shipping costs already expended.
If an error occurs on the part of our shop in the delivery of the product, or the article is damaged, the Exchange can be made within two days after receiving the order, without extra costs for the client, provided that the product is sealed and in conditions. For any other type of exchanges, the client will have to be responsible for the costs of transportation and administrative services of the Exchange.

Prices
All prices quoted include VAT at the current rate and are valid unless misspelled. The prices shown are exclusive to the online store and may differ from the physical store.
The price and conditions of the products offered may vary, but in any case the price and conditions that existed at the time of placing the order will always be maintained for the Customer.
We reserve the right to charge the order from the moment you receive it.
Shipping costs are not indicated in the price of the products. Shipping costs are charged to Customer and will be added to the total amount payable for selected products. You will be informed of these expenses before confirming the order and finalizing the purchase process.
Any other costs resulting from sending parcels to the Foreigner, in particular customs clearance costs, will be the sole responsibility of the buyer of the product.
Delivery times
In Continental Portugal the orders are delivered, as a rule, in the term: up to 7 working days after the date of the respective payment.
In the Autonomous Regions and depending on the Islands, the delivery time can vary between 7 to 10 working days.
Deliveries in Europe and the rest of the world vary according to destination and shipping time.
Deliveries of the orders may, in specific cases, be delayed in delivery due to the lack of stock.
